The Multidodge MultiCam is used to reduce large negatives, including radiographs, to 35mm or 4"x5" formats. The system controls both gross contrast and local area exposure to achieve overall uniformity, necessary in medical photography and publication of medical and other images. All this is achieved through the Multidodge control system, which automatically evaluates the negative for density and controls the reduction process accordingly.
