The Mark V Aerial Dodging Printer prints sizes up to 9.5"x 9.5" (9.5"x19" is an option)in black & white or color. The microprocessor controlled Mark V dodges separately in highlight and shadow areas and utilizes Egols' patented Prescan to determine the negative's DMin, DMax and Average Density. The Mark V uses both intensity and velocity modulation, and the ratio of the two to optimize the dodging process. The Multidodge electronics also provide for automatic calibration of the PMT and permits the operator to store up to 100 exposure programs.

The Mark V is also available as the Mark V-C, for color printing, or as a combination printer for both black & white and color. The two cathode ray tubes can be provided in separate modules, each with its lens system and associated electronics, or mounted on a carousel. With the carousel system the operator can switch CRT's using the keyboard.
